first, the pretty pages…
washi tape, backgrounds featured below, acrylic paint, gesso and spray inks, distress ink pads
Then I used some paper tape I bought at Target to secure the tip in to the pages and to double secure the pages themselves by going all the way around the open edges.

you make it sound so simple! I love how your art turns out, gorgeous! I think we all need our own style, yes, not copying what we think is "right" but using what feels right and good to us. You are very good at encouraging that exploration. *hug*
