TL;DR Basic Alteration… black to candy… and moar from more…

 beads and a single triangle makeup sponge cut into 1/4 size pieces

bent paper clip… awesome bead painting tool… (note the fingers are still dyed… I'm a messy messy crafter)

and putting things with other things to make new things...

and unexpected or somewhat now more expected pieces that don't even usually occur together in the same room...

it really IS this easy.
