Round 30: DEC in each around (6)
F/O by sewing closed in the FLO of each of the stitches of the final row then drawing tightly closed and hiding end into the body of the doll

Leaf Hat
Work all in MR: CH 3, 3 DC, 3 HDC, DC, 3 HDC, 3 DC, CH 3 and SL ST into MR - do not end off or cut yarn yet
Draw ring tight and sew end into the back of the leaf to tighten
Using uncut working end of your yarn CH 14 and work your way back along the chain: SL ST into the 2nd CH from hook then 2 SC in next 12 CH and SL ST in last CH then F/O and leave a tail for attaching to the doll's head

Assembly
Attach the doll's arms at the sides of his body one row below the neck.
Attach the doll's legs at the front side of his body in the BLO row centering them under his mouth.
I attached the doll's leaf right in the middle and added a tack stitch at the point of the leaf and in the middle of his little spiral, just to keep them in place.

I did not add the black stitching on the now very popular pumpkin mini doll because I am making a whole group of these dolls and do not want them to resemble anyone else's designs.
